In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on any shipped order. Customized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival and must be informed within 7 days of the arrival of your items (as indicated by the courier tracking system).

To complete your refund/replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photogenic evidence that the item you received is flawed or damaged.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  • Customer should inform us within 7 days of arrival of the item.
  • Items must be flawed or damaged in order to be eligible.
  • Delivered item has wrong design, wrong item, wrong design, wrong style and faulty.
  • Delivery Damage (Refunds for delivery damage are available only if shipping insurance was selected during checkout.)
  • Order has not been delivered within 30 days, we offer either a refund or replacement, excluding cases of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed parcel deliveries.
  • All items have to be in their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included
  • Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a return request within 7 days after receiving your goods. After this period, your right to return is forfeited. Goods returned prior to submitting your request are considered forfeit.

  • Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

Once your return request is approved, please proceed with the following:

  • Pack the items securely or in any suitable packaging with the order ID included.
  • Ship the package to our processing warehouse at: 1207 Delaware Ave #2636, Wilmington, DE, 19806, United States.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the order.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or replacements. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless they are defective.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within a month). If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gearviral.com.

APPROVAL PROCESS

  • Replacement approval: A new item will be shipped at our expense via standard shipping.
  • Refund approval: Immediate refund to your original payment method.                                  

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change.

Once the product is packaged and ready for shipping then you’re not eligible to cancel it anymore.’

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But if an item is harmed or defective, then we will pay the return shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
