SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 days in business days. Shipping time will depend on locations, availability of the item, and Local Jurisdiction Regulations. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you haven’t received your parcel item for a long, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and then further help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.

SHIPPING ESTIMATE AND DELIVERY CHARGES

We shall charge the shipping and delivery fees as mentioned below from you. Shipping charges may vary based on the order value of the Product that you have added to the cart. You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the Logistic Partner, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by the Logistic Partner.

Shipping Time:

• Standard: 7-10 business days
• Expedited: 3-5 business days

In the event we charge a shipping fee for the delivery of a purchased Product, such shipping fees will be refunded proportionately by us pursuant to any return or cancellation of the Product. You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all Products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon the delivery of the purchased Products to you.

Please Note:

• Shipping time doesn’t include our 3-5 days of order processing time.
• You have up to 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order. However, cancellations made after this period will incur a 30% fee due to production already in progress.
• Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

In some cases, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer’s location because of insufficient address. Buyers can contact a nearby post office or reach out to pick up their order.

Please Note: The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, your clients need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to us. During the return, Sixni.co takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

 It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

 For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.  Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

RESTRICTIONS ON RETURN SHIPMENT

Our delivery partners will only accept Gearviral.com articles that are returned in their original packaging. Please do not include any other items in the package as these could violate shipping regulations as your return may then not be accepted by our delivery partner/us.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Gearviral.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DAMAGES

Gearviral.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on any shipped order. Customized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival and must be informed within 7 days of the arrival of your items (as indicated by the courier tracking system).

To complete your refund/replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photogenic evidence that the item you received is flawed or damaged.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Customer should inform us within 7 days of arrival of the item.
• Items must be flawed or damaged in order to be eligible.
• Delivered item has wrong design, wrong item, wrong design, wrong style and faulty.
• Delivery Damage (Refunds for delivery damage are available only if shipping insurance was selected during checkout.)
• Order has not been delivered within 30 days, we offer either a refund or replacement, excluding cases of incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed parcel deliveries.
• All items have to be in their original packaging and well-packed for shipping
• A print-out of the invoice must be included
• Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Submit a return request within 7 days after receiving your goods. After this period, your right to return is forfeited. Goods returned prior to submitting your request are considered forfeit.
• You can make your request through our ticketing system Contact us, or by emailing us at support@gearviral.com.
• Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

Once your return request is approved, please proceed with the following:

• Pack the items securely or in any suitable packaging with the order ID included.
• Ship the package to our processing warehouse at: 1207 Delaware Ave #2636, Wilmington, DE, 19806, United States.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the order.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or replacements. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless they are defective.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within a month). If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gearviral.com.

APPROVAL PROCESS

• Replacement approval: A new item will be shipped at our expense via standard shipping.
• Refund approval: Immediate refund to your original payment method.                                  

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change.

Once the product is packaged and ready for shipping then you’re not eligible to cancel it anymore.’

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But if an item is harmed or defective, then we will pay the return shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
